Our May 2009 RMLS™ stats will be available either at the end of this week or beginning of next week. As soon as they are available, I’ll provide that information. In the meantime, here are some quick preliminary stats for May 2009:

You can see from the above that sales are still grinding away somewhat slowly. The stats do include only detached, single-family residences. This month I included the number of properties that have come off the market by either the sellers canceling the listing, withdrawing the listing or if the listing expired and didn’t sell. However, those properties could have come back on the market again with either the same Realtor®, a different Realtor® and/or a different RMLS™ # as an active listing.
