Today is Realtors® Property tour and these properties are either new listings, properties that have been “refreshed” by the agent (taken off the market and given a new RMLS™ number when placed back on the market), listings with price changes and placed back on property tour, properties that had sales and now have sale failed and come back on the market for sale, or those properties that expired and are being relisted.
This list today is a much shorter list than in the past several months. All areas show a decline of properties on tour today. Many of those listed here are in fact repeats and there are several on tour today that have been on almost every week. In addition, our multiple listing stats on lockbox activity i.e. showing of properties using the lockbox, this past week declined by 6%.
I do sell and list properties throughout Portland and all of our metro areas, however, I had decided early on to focus my blog on only three areas.
