Neighborhood Information

The KINGSGATE neighborhood is in the City of Durham and sits between Tigard and Tualatin which makes it easy access to Portland and or Salem. Sometimes you will see different cities mentioned as the mailing address for this neighborhood (Portland, Tigard or Durham) on the tax records.

There is a bus at the entrance to the subdivision and a Tri-Met-Park-n-Ride just several blocks from KINGSGATE along with access to I-5, and you can enjoy a 10-min walk to Bridgeport Village with shops, grocery stores, restaurants and a movie theatre (CLICK HERE FOR STORE DIRECTORY), or stroll to Durham City park (CLICK HERE for information about this neighborhood park and (CLICK HERE FOR A PARK TRAILS MAP) and the new footbridge over the Tualatin River.

I once lived in this neighborhood for several years and found it extremely convenient to everything. If you “love” trees this is the neighborhood for you.
